Express Service FAQ:

Where do I go for Express Service?

Our main Service Department entrance remains the same. We will have a dedicated Express Service Advisor located on the Service Drive to greet you and expedite your service visit.
 
How does Express Service work?
 
You will be greeted by our Express Service Advisor who will expedite the processing of your Service request. A porter will transport your vehicle to our Express Service area where our team of trained professionals will perform the needed service maintenance specific to your vehicles requirements. Using the latest tools, technology and training our Technicians will be able to perform a complete service and a 19 point inspection within 30 minutes. Once your vehicle service has been completed, we will WASH your vehicle free of charge. While your vehicle is being washed, your Service Advisor will inform you that your vehicle service has been completed and can pay the Cashier at that time. Your vehicle will then be delivered to you outside of the Service Entrance doors.
 

Do I need to schedule an appointment for Express Service?
 
No.
 
Are you open on Sundays?

Yes.  We are open on Sundays from 9AM to 1PM to perform Express Service.

What if I need additional services other than the regular Service Maintenances listed?
 
Please confer with your Service Advisor to schedule additional services.
 

Why is Express Service so much FASTER?
 
We utilize a team of trained Technicians to work on your vehicle, which greatly reduces the amount of time necessary to service your Honda while still performing all factory recommended procedures and inspections. You will receive a copy of our 19 point inspection and will be informed of any imminent or future service needs.
